The Spanish Guest House
It was not what we expected and did not end up staying here. As all the rooms are next to each other and a shared bathroom, there’s no privacy. Our private room had dog hair everywhere even though we did not bring pets, and the house was cluttered with stuff. The host was kind and welcoming. Unfortunately we had different views on value for money, and would not recommend at this stage.

The host Carmen is very nice. She always wants her guest be comfortable.The location is good: 10 min car near the beach and 10 min waking to Westfield Shopping Centre.

I am from Melbourne and stayed for 5 days. I received a warm, friendly welcome to an excellent accommodation. During my stay I suffered unexpected personnel difficulties due to work. Although in no way responsible, the House Manager provided invaluable support and assistance through my issues. 5 Stars is not high enough. Thank you.

It's just a woman who has rented out the bedrooms of her house. Such a disappointment. We tried to find her to let her know we were leaving and not staying the night but she couldn't be found so we just walked out.

Carmen is a very lovely and accommodating lady.3 rooms, 1 with ensuite.Very pet friendly.Allowed me full use of kitchen to cook dinner for us.Provided bread, gluten free bread, croissants and coffee for breakfast.Made us coffee too.Solidly booked, so reccomend to book well in advance.Highly recommend

The Spanish Guest House
I stayed in The Spanish Lodge for a week with a friend of mine. We had a great time there. We were new to Perth and Carmen was very kind. She made us breakfast sometimes, provided us with coffee, tea, and snacks. The place is amazing with a pool and a beautiful backyard. The rooms were well sanitized and clean. She loves pets, so if you have a pet you should definitely choose Carmen's place. It feels like home and you will have a great time there.

What a beautiful time in Carmen’s house. She is very nice and understanding with your needs. She was always kind with us and help us during our stay in Perth. The pool is very good too (especially when it’s summer here…). It was a pleasure to meet you ! (Simon & Salomé)

Carmen is such a nice person. Next time we're in Perth, we'd just come around to drink a coffee with her, no matter if we stay or not. :) Besides having the best host of all times, rooms, beds & common space all in excellent conditions!Miss you, Carmen <3

Wouldn’t recommended this place, there’s a very aggressive big dog off leash and the owner doesn’t care about it, even if you are almost bitten by the dog, she just said it wasn’t hers dog.The corners of the bathroom were dusty and the sink was not clean. Hand wash was no pump in so can’t use it.
