Beautiful rooms, everything is very clean and tidy. Bathroom is very modern with a spa bath. Very fairly priced for what you get, will definitely stay again.

We love the family rooms, two separate rooms together with three beds two bedrooms. Big space for all. Great place to go shopping dine and rest.

Bath / spa was very deep. I'm only short and getting in it for shower was very difficult. But room was spotless. No real complaints from me.

The location once you find it is okay. The hotel is not what you see in the photos and can be difficult to find. The room is old world, the stair case leading up to the room needs work as the wood needs attention along with the landing. There is no parking on site but there is a big car park next door. We parked there and fortunately there was to be problem. The shower is over a bath and can be difficult to get into not good for older people. The door to the room rattled and we had to put our suitcases up against it.

Stayed in an upstairs premium balcony room for 2 nights. The room was lovely, it was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, has a kettle, toaster, and fridge. The hotel is in the centre of town. Short walks to all restaurants, pubs, quaint shops and museums.

Absolutely discrafefull I booked a room the day before and I had to cancel due to emergency back in Perth so I did not get to stay. I asked for my money back they refused cos of stupid policy which is a discace. No reception pay over phone office must be over seas what SCAMS didntuse the bloody room never Again

Settlers Hotel York
Amazing stay for 2 nights during the york motorcycle festival. You can park the bikes in the courtyard, a great place to park. The room was cool, kettle, coffee, tea, toaster, fridge, all inside. The hotel is in the city of the centre. Short ways to all pubs and shows. The atmosphere was great, all bikers, talks and drinks amazing. Come here and enjoy.
