Lancelin Sands Hotel
Food was disgusting the salad I ordered had old cooked bacon, and had old poached egg, and the croutons where fried in old dirty oil. A freind at out table ordered fish and chips, $30 the piece of fish was 6 inches long with 7 chips, and cooked in dirty oil . We asked to speak to the managerwho was really very rude , and said they had not had any complaints before, 5 people at my table weren't happy with their meal. Wouldn't bother going back again.

We stayed at the caravan park next door. But we came here every day for a drink & lunch in the beer garden .What an exceptional view.The staff , food , drinks & view are outstanding.Well done guys , we will be back.

Wow what can I say if I could do 110 stars out of 100 stars I would. From the super friendly person who took our booking over the phone at short notice to the amazing customer service we received when booking in early (they made our room available for us at approx 10.30am without charging us extra), to the friendly gardener and cleaning staff we saw to and from our room to the friendly amazing bar staff in the onsite restaurant and let me just say the lunch and dinner we had at their restaurant was just incredible. The best 5 start restaurants in Perth should visit them for a lesson on customer service and amazing menu and food. We loved it so much on our last visit 13/02/23 that my husband and I are making another trip there this Friday. it maybe an hour away from where we live but well worth the trip up the coast to this little diamond in the country. Love, love, love it.

Lancelin Sands Hotel (Lancelin beach hotel) is a perfect beach side get away for couples and families. Fabulous, friendly, passionate staff that go out of their way to help you and always have a smile. New owners of the establishment Glen and Aleisha are hands on management their philosophy of ultimate customer experience is very evident. Rooms are great value, clean, well equipped and comfortable. Pool area is a great place to chill. Newly renovated 3 Emus (formally Dunes) is a fantastic all round dining experience, food is fantastic and made with thought and care (emu and eye fillet were amazing) Views from restaurant / bar upstairs are phenomenal with great sunset, big grass area for the children to play while you enjoy a drink. Downstairs bar has awesome happy hour 5-6, pool tables and dart boards are quality and well looked after. Bottle shop is available. Just a fantastic place to stay highly recommend. Wicked escape only 1.5 hours from Perth. Thank you to all of your staff. Keep up the good work!!!!

The location is great with a beautiful view on the ocean. However I had a caesar salad that was oily and not tasty. The chicken BLT was not very good either (too much bacon in it). And glasses and cups could be better washed, lots of old marks.The staff was friendly , but the lady manager wasn’t. Wifi is only for the hotel clients.. Overall disappointing

A great overnight vacation form Perth! Really enjoyed the stay with a real friendly country vibe. Staff were great, food was excellent and the room was clean and fresh. I look forward to coming back real soon!

Food was terrible, ordered the tasting plate only to find not same as menu, told they don’t have ingredients, wouldn’t you tell on order? Very average frozen bread still cold.Steak and chips !!! Don’t order the sauce.Reheated stuck together like glue, called the waiter told, oh well and brushed off, I’m not one to complain but when you pay good money you expect good food.

Stayed for a night on the way to Shark Bay. Dinner at the 3 emus restaurant was a delicious highlight with the chef sending out complimentary tasters and the wait staff being friendly and attentive. Better all round service than many high end city restaurants. Rooms are reasonably priced and clean, with a cool balcony and funky style after a recent reno. A great find in Lancelin!

Would definitely recommended staying here. The staff were very lovely and accommodating and the rooms had everything you would need on a little getaway from home. Keen to come back here.
